1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dian4 website accessible at https://dian4.cam, together with all sub-pages, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "dian4", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by dian4 to Users subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, togel (traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the dian4 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dian4 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with its responsible gaming policy. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any pending winnings forfeited.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be classified as a compulsive or problem gambler, or be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by dian4 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee, contractor, or director of dian4 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where doing so would violate applicable local laws.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under a legal guardianship or court-ordered incapacity are not permitted to register.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued National Identity Card — KTP Nasional);
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older);
• A secure password of your choosing.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts (including accounts operated by multiple individuals under a single registration) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. dian4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your Account.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, dian4 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification may also be required before accessing certain deposit methods or bonus features.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear, undamaged photograph of both sides of your KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card);
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address;
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP Nasional alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and "dian4";
• Bank account confirmation: A screenshot or statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other registered Indonesian bank account, confirming that the account name matches your dian4 registration name.

dian4 targets a verification review time of 1 to 6 hours during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

dian4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence for high-volume accounts, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending the outcome of such a review.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dian4 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and select e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.

Deposits: Deposits are generally processed instantly. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from Rp 10.000 for e-wallets to Rp 25.000 for bank transfers). Maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply and are disclosed at point of transaction.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals require a verified Account in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. dian4 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted to BCA and BRI. Processing times for other methods may range from 15 minutes to 6 hours. dian4 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the recipient bank or payment provider.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• dian4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in immediate Account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.
• dian4 charges no standard withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own charges, for which dian4 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dian4 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and device. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games and certain excluded titles contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are published on the dian4 promotions page.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50.000 per spin or hand). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses expire after a set period (commonly 7–30 days from issuance) if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals made before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

dian4 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close Accounts where it determines that a User has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion. Promotional decisions are final.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dian4 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game, sport, or event in question. General betting principles include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when you receive a confirmation notification on the Platform. dian4 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Odds Accuracy: While dian4 makes every effort to ensure odds accuracy, technical errors do occur. dian4 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds (commonly known as "palpable errors"). In such cases, stakes will be refunded.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results at the conclusion of the event. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules. Casino and togel bets settle immediately upon game conclusion.
• Cashout Feature: Where available, the Cashout feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. Cashout offers are at dian4's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Cashout values are not guaranteed and may change rapidly during live events.
• Maximum Winnings: dian4 imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types and events. These limits are disclosed in the sport-specific or game-specific rules. Payouts exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of dian4's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of settlement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dian4 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple or duplicate Accounts;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Engaging in collusion, syndicate betting, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform;
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process illicit funds;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening dian4 staff or other Users;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through a VPN or proxy designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.

dian4 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be reported to relevant regulatory authorities and law enforcement where appropriate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and other materials available on the Platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of dian4 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written permission from dian4;
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Platform Content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other server or website.

The dian4 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how dian4 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• dian4 collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and KYC documents to operate the Platform, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations;

11 Responsible Gaming

dian4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income. We provide the following player-protection tools, all accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits are enforced immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a specified time period. Gameplay is paused automatically when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours).

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dian4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Loss of business opportunities;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Third-party payment processor failures or delays;
• Errors in odds, game results, or Platform displays;
• Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

dian4's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit dian4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting dian4 support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled, and your remaining Balance (minus any applicable bonus forfeitures or outstanding fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

dian4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You engage in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8;
• dian4 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order;
• dian4 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• Your Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dian4 may charge a monthly inactivity fee after 12 months of dormancy).

Upon termination for breach, dian4 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding Balance, pending bonuses, and winnings derived from activity in violation of these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dian4 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Any arbitration award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

dian4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.

Material changes to these Terms (such as changes to bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or liability clauses) may be communicated to you via email or Platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to stay informed of the current Terms.
